Non-Refundable Situations:
- Refunds are not applicable for services that have been fully utilized or accessed for a significant portion of the billing period.
- If you have received extensive support, training, or onboarding, the refund request may be denied.
- Refunds are not provided for add-on services such as custom API configurations, extra CRM instances, or consulting sessions.

- Our team will review your request within 5 business days and process eligible refunds within 7 business days after approval.
