Payment Terms

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim

- You use our recommendations and insights at your own risk
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Beast Insights against claims arising from:

Termination
By You: You may terminate your account by providing 30 days written notice to info@beastinsights.co
By Us: We may terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or with 30 days notice for convenience.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access ends immediately. We’ll provide data export capabilities for 90 days post-termination.
Dispute Resolution
