The problem
Your data has the answers. Getting them takes days.
Exports, then spreadsheets
Every question starts with an export from each processor and ends in a spreadsheet.
Charts show what, not why
A dashboard shows the dip. It doesn't say which MID, bank or offer caused it.
One person knows the codes
Decline codes and card network rules live in one analyst's head, and they're always busy.
Your AI can't see your data
Claude and ChatGPT know payments in general, not your MIDs, BINs and offers.

Beast AI and the MCP server for unlimited users, on every view in Beast. Your team decides what to change.
Beast AI is Beast Insights' AI-powered payments analyst for subscription merchants. Ask in plain English, in Beast or from Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or any AI tool you use, and it answers from your own data across every processor and MID: what moved, why, and the fix worth the most, with the numbers behind it.
How is Beast AI different from ChatGPT or Claude on their own?
Those assistants know payments in general, not your MIDs, BINs and offers. Beast AI answers from your Beast data, already lined up across your processors, and shows the steps it ran. Connect Claude, ChatGPT or any other AI tool to Beast's MCP server and it can use the same data.
What can I ask Beast AI?
Anything about your payments: why approvals dropped on a MID, which declines are worth retrying, which offer drives chargebacks, where your margin went, or what to fix first this week. Each answer comes with the numbers behind it and, where there is one, the next step and what it's worth.
Does Beast AI know what I'm looking at?
Yes. Beast AI is context-aware: it starts from the view you're on, with its MID, dates and filters, so you can ask why this dropped without spelling it out. Click Find why on any trend and it explains what changed, where and since when.
Can I connect my payment data to Claude or ChatGPT?
Yes. Beast's MCP server connects Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and other AI tools to your payment data, already lined up across every processor and MID, from billing platforms like sticky.io, Konnektive, CheckoutChamp and VRIO. Paste mcp.beastinsights.com/mcp into the assistant's connector settings and sign in with Beast. Our guide covers connecting payment data to ChatGPT or Claude.
What is the Beast MCP server?
The Beast MCP server is Beast's AI connector for payment data: a secure, read-only link between your Beast data and the AI assistants your team already uses. It's built on the Model Context Protocol, the open standard most AI assistants now support, and lets an assistant query approvals, declines, chargebacks and alerts by MID, BIN, bank and card.
Which AI tools work with Beast?
All the popular ones: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok and Cursor, plus Claude Code and any other assistant that supports remote MCP servers with sign-in. Beast AI also works inside Beast itself, on every view, with nothing to set up, so your team can ask wherever they work.
How do I connect Claude to Beast?
Open Claude's connector settings, add a custom connector, paste https://mcp.beastinsights.com/mcp and sign in with your Beast account. Then switch Beast on in any chat and ask your question. Other AI tools work the same way, wherever your plan allows custom connectors.
Is it read-only?
Yes, by design. Beast AI and the MCP server can query and explain your payments but can't change settings, costs, routing or account state. Order-level lookups need at least one filter and return up to 25 rows, and customer identifiers are withheld.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Beast never uses customer data to train AI models. Beast AI answers from your own data inside your Beast workspace, and the MCP server returns only what your Beast sign-in allows, read-only, with customer identifiers withheld. The same rule holds in Beast and through the MCP server.
Is Beast AI secure?
Yes. Every connection signs in with a Beast account, your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is read-only by design. People see only what their Beast account can, and you can remove an assistant's access any time from its connector settings.
Does Beast AI change my routing or retries?
No. Beast AI recommends: it tells you the fix and what it's worth, and your team decides. If you want Beast to act on what it finds, Revenue boost routes and retries for you through your payment stack and reports the lift every month.
Where do Beast AI's answers come from?
From your Beast data: every charge, decline, refund, chargeback and alert across your processors and billing platform, plus Beast's payments knowledge, like what each decline code means. Each answer shows the steps it ran, so you can see how it got there.
Who on my team can use it?
Everyone. Beast AI comes with the Platform for unlimited users, so finance, operations and support can ask their own questions instead of waiting for the one analyst who knows the codes. Each person signs in with their own Beast account.
Is there a free version?
Yes, for payment codes. The free Beast Insights connector, in Claude's directory and as a ChatGPT plugin, explains any decline code, chargeback reason code or 3-D Secure result, with its sources, and needs no sign-in. Your own data needs a Beast account.
What does it cost?
Beast AI and the MCP server are part of the Platform plan, billed monthly by your processing volume, from $99 a month, for unlimited users. The same plan includes Opportunities, Chargeback Analytics and the rest of the Platform. See pricing for every volume band.
