Shopify tells you a dispute was filed. It does not tell you which product, which traffic source or which kind of customer keeps producing them. Beast reads your Shopify orders, joins them to your payment and dispute data, and breaks every chargeback, refund and alert down along the lines you actually sell on.
Read-only Shopify connection, live in days, with no checkout changes
The join
Shopify holds the order and the customer. Your gateway holds the payment and the decline. The card networks hold the dispute and the alert. Each one is a separate screen, and none of them can answer the only question that matters, which is what is causing this. Beast joins all three onto the same record.
Reads from
Your Shopify orders, whichever gateways you settle through, and the RDR, CDRN and Ethoca alert feeds Beast delivers as a Visa Verifi authorized reseller.
Applied to your Shopify store
Chargebacks, refunds, approvals and alerts, split by product, traffic source, customer and card brand
Figures shown in this page’s dashboards are illustrative. Your numbers depend on your own orders, gateways and dispute history.
How it works
Beast sits above the store you already run. Nothing about your checkout, your apps or your payouts changes.
Beast reads your store over the Shopify Admin API, read-only. Orders, customers, products, fulfilment and payment status start flowing in. You keep Shopify Payments or whichever gateway you settle through, and you keep every app you already run.
Every dispute, refund and prevention alert is matched back to the Shopify order that produced it. That is the step nobody else does, and it is what turns a card number and an amount into a product, a customer and a traffic source.
Your dispute rate breaks down along every line you sell on, your alerts are scored on whether they actually prevented anything, and each gateway is watched against the thresholds that decide whether it stays healthy.
The connection
Read-only, over the Shopify Admin API. No checkout change, no code on your theme, nothing to re-platform.
What it reads
How it connects
What does not change
Side by side
Shopify already reports disputes and already lets you respond to them. Here is what sits on top.
Selling through a subscription CRM as well? sticky.io and Konnektive have their own integrations. Or see every platform Beast connects to.
The platform
Every module works from the same Shopify order history, so alerts, disputes, refunds and gateway health all describe the same store.
Beast is a Visa Verifi authorized reseller, delivering RDR, CDRN and Ethoca alerts plus representment. Each alert is matched to its Shopify order, so you refund the right one.
Most providers bill every alert they send you. Beast reports what each one did to the order behind it, and only the ones that prevented a chargeback are billable.
Every gateway you settle through, watched against the thresholds that decide whether it stays healthy, including Visa VAMP and the Mastercard programs.
A dispute filed today belongs to an order placed weeks ago. Beast groups orders by the month they were approved and shows how each group’s rate fills in, so this month’s number is not read as finished when it is not.
Ask your store’s payments data in plain English, inside Beast or from Claude, ChatGPT and Grok over MCP. Every answer comes with the numbers behind it.
Measured performance
Beast is not a payment processor and never becomes one. It reads the store you already run, delivers the prevention alerts, and proves what each one was worth. Pricing stays aligned to what the platform actually prevents.
Built for stores that sell more than one thing
Because a store-level dispute rate is an average, and averages hide the thing you would act on. Every Beast report pivots along the lines a Shopify merchant already thinks in.
Same report, any lens. Pick a dimension and the breakdown follows.
Shopify runs your store
Beast does not replace Shopify, Shopify Payments, or whichever gateway you settle through. There is nothing to rip out and nothing to re-platform.
Beast explains the payments
Prevention alerts delivered and then measured, refunds counted alongside chargebacks, and every gateway watched against the thresholds that decide whether it stays healthy.

Bring your Shopify store, your current dispute rate and your alert invoices. We will show you which products and traffic sources are producing the disputes, and how many of the alerts you paid for last month prevented anything. If the numbers are not there, we will tell you that too.
